Windows Live is the new name for MSN Messenger. People use this internet messaging software to communicate with their friends and family. On Windows Live, you can chat, share photographs, interact on the webcam and access your email. Unfortunately, some common problems do occur when using Windows Live or when installing the software. Windows Live Installer Problems
The most common problem with installing Windows Live is when you try to install one or more of the services, according to the Microsoft website. While you wait for the services to download either the installation process does not start up or the installation does not respond and finish.
An error message (followed by a numeric code) pops up on the screen saying that the installation was not completed. The following reasons for this are: your computer does not meet the system requirements, you do not have administrative permission to download software, you have an earlier version of Windows Live installed, your installation is missing file components or another software application (i.e. anti-virus program) blocked the installation.
